I've worked with Mike at least 5 times now, and every time I'm just as impressed. I don't really know how it's possible for a company to deliver such a quality product at an affordable price with incredible customer service. This is one of those very rare cases where it sounds too good to be true, but it actually is! Oh my….. First. Boxetto was a PLEASURE to work with and upfront from the beginning, very professional. At first we were thinking to ourselves, “how do we know they will understand the nature & meaning of our project” and not just ‘package’ us like other companies may see a cracker box or what kinda looks like a ‘cereal’ box… When final design revisions were made and even last minute issues resolved, our final product looked better than ANYTHING Kelloggs, POST or GENERAL MILLS or even NABISCO EVER DID! We did not know about the sizing so we trusted Boxetto. We did not know anything about finishing like glossy or whatever so we trysted Boxetto. BOXETTO KNOWS PACKAGING. BOXETTO KNOWS DESIGN. And best of that, BOXETTO knows how to take care of its customers. They know the vision we are looking for. How a design can come out looking BETTER than the concept is beyond me…. Mike has been so wonderful to work with for our first box order with him! He got it done so quickly and was so helpful with templates and such, and then when I realized there was an error on my end when I received the boxes, he happily remade them for me so quickly to make sure we have them by our event date.
